Rancho El Mirage is located just off Interstate 8 in Wellton, AZ., masterplanned around holes # 7, 8, 9 of Coyote Wash Golf Course. We are a 55+ manufactured home gated resort with all the amenities you can imagine. A quiet, peaceful place to call home, away from all the traffic and noise. You can enjoy life the way you want.

Located just 200 miles to San Diego & just 150 miles to Phoenix.

Directions to Rancho El Mirage

From San Diego:
Take Interstate 8 (Exit 30) to Wellton, Arizona.
Head South on S Avenue 29 E
After 1 Mile, Turn Right (West) on E County 12th St.
Proceed 2 Miles, Turn Right on Coyote Wash Blvd.
Turn Left on Camanche St at the stop sign.
Continue around Camanche St. until you arrive at the Main Entrance & call for gate code.

From Phoenix or Tucson
Take Interstate 8 (Exit 30) to Wellton, Arizona.

Rules, Regulations, and Park Policies

Rancho El Mirage is a 55+ RV and Manufactured home park. Children may visit but must be accompanied by an adult when using the pool or any other facility in the park.

The park was opened in 2016 as a manufactured home park but the owners decided at that time to include RV's creating extra large sites. We have 205 sites, 124 are reserved for RV's. The park is nestled in the middle of Coyote Wash Golf Course, however, we do not own the golf course but usually get very good deals for our park residents.

We are a gated community and offer great amenitiese including heated swimming pool, hot spa (103°). Two lane bowling alley, billiard room, card room, library, shuffle board, horse shoes, pickle ball, and tennis. Plus, a large Rec Hall for dances, pot lucks, Thanksgiving dinner etc., and a state-of-the-art work out facility.

Security Deposit

A security deposit is required and is held until the completion of your reservation. At that point, you may use it towards your last month's rent or just get a refund.

We keep $30.00 for an administration fee.

Pets

We are a pet friendly park and we do not discriminate on the breed of dog as long as the pet is not hostile. Certain rules must be followed. Keep your pet on a leash at all times.

RV's and Vehicles

All RV's must be escorted to your site even if you have been a guest with us before. Check in at the office upon arrival. All RV's must be parked in the direction in which the site was designed. No vehicles will be parked after dark so plan your arrival accordingly. Only two vehicles are permitted per site. (ex: car & side x side)
